Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a treatment. According to Turban et al. (2002),[1] "Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation."

Taking this one step further, exceeding the customer expectation constitutes the basis of our philosophy, we closely follow up and monitor our clients’ needs and requests long before their arrival and until several months after their departure. After all, out of all services, healthcare is by far the most important one for everybody in the world.
